| Q: I am a label/studio looking for distribution. What do I need to do to be considered for distribution by KOCH Entertainment? |
| A: You should put together a package with product samples, marketing and sales information including past Soundscan/Videoscan data and ship to the address below.

| Q: I am a retailer and would like to open an account with KOCH. What do I need to do? |
| A: Contact our credit department to obtain a credit application. Fill out the application completely with appropriate references and submit it back to us. You will be notified you if approved. |
| Q: What happens after I have an account with KOCH? |
| A: Your account will be assigned to a member of our sales staff who will act as your liason for all inquiries and orders. You will also receive catalogues and will be added to our monthly new release mailing. As long as you remain within good credit standing, you will be able to order product from us. |
| Q: Is there a minimum order? |
| A: Yes, the minimum order quantity is 15 units. |
